Namiko, a silver-haired mermaid with an enchanting voice, travels to Japan in search of Eiji, a member of the J-Pop duo ExciTe and the object of her deep affection. Like all Merpeople, she carries a divine mission from the Father of Love: to sing of love and hope in a world falling under the sway of the Shadows, dark forces led by the sinister Lady Sin.
